Real Weddings - Wesley's Paisley

Writer's picture: nataliebosworthnataliebosworth

I received some wonderful photos from one of my wedding customers a month or so back of their joyful summer wedding. It's been a sad time for lots of couples this year, having their own days postponed or even cancelled and with finances uncertain, so photos like these serve as a nice reminder that when we come out of the other side of this there's so much celebrating to catch up on!

Wesley chose from my stock fabrics for himself and his groomsmen, picking the teal and orange Tessa print, a slightly retro but still classic paisley design that's a firm fixture in Liberty of London's range of Tana Lawn prints.

One of the great things about this particular version of the Tessa design is how well it goes with different suit colours, which is something to consider if you're planning a more relaxed approach to your groomsmen's attire; you can tie it all together (sorry) with a well chosen print.

The classic paisley design and mix of neutral and bright colours also make it a great sustainable choice as you'll get lots of wear out of it both for everyday and occasions, but if you're all going to be at the same weddings in future maybe check with each other first!

Thank you to Wesley for sharing these wonderful photos with me. If you like what you see you can shop two variants of the Tessa fabric ties and bow ties here and if you'd like to learn more about ordering custom wedding ties from me you can read more and download my wedding catalogue here.
