Not Happy With Your Order?

Sometimes buying online can be a bit of a gamble, and the best way to prevent disappointment is to make sure you have looked at all the photos and read the descriptions, paying close attention to any important measurement information. But even so, sometimes things just aren't what we expected, or a gift doesn't please the recipient as much as we thought it would, and if that is the case you are entitled to return your order to me and get a refund or exchange. Here's what you need to know;


Items bought from Bunny Bosworth can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To start a return let me know either through the contact form on the website or via email at

Item Condition

The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. You are allowed to take the product out of its packaging, unless the packaging is sealed. If the product was delivered in a gift box that must also be returned undamaged. 


Return shipping is paid for by the buyer unless it is for a faulty/damaged return (see below).

A replacement item will be sent, or full refund or the original purchase price will be issued through the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal), within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Missing, Damaged and Faulty Items

All Bunny Bosworth made-to-order items are sent with tracked postage so shouldn't ever go missing, but these things do still sometimes happen. In the case of a missing parcel please double check the address you used at checkout, ask your nearest neighbours and make a note of the tracking number and check with Royal Mail. I'd advise giving it 10 working days to arrive in case of unexpected backlogs and delays and if after that time it has still not arrived get in touch using the contact form on the website or by emailing me at and I will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method depending on which you'd prefer.

In the unfortunate even that your order arrives damaged or that it is faulty in some way you are entitled to a full refund or exchange, including the cost of returning the item to me. If this is the case please start a return by emailing me at natalie.bosworth@google,com and including a picture of the damage/fault. Once I have received the item I will refund the return postage costs and then send the replacement or refund the original purchase price.
